Course Syllabus:
Introduction to IC Engines, Refrigeration, Air-conditioning Systems, Introduction to robotics; Plane, Rotational and Spatial motion with applications to manipulators, Geometric configurations: structural elements, linkages, arms and grippers; Motion characteristics. Statics of particles and rigid bodies; Forces in trusses and frames; Relative motion, Kinematics of particles-Newton’s Second Law of motion Kinematics of rigid bodies, Sources of Energy- Conventional and Renewable.
